Q: Which criminal records background check do I have to submit for my Immigrations application and my Citizenship application?

A: In general you will be requested as a first option the criminal records form your country of citizenship that matches your passport. On a second level the background check from the country where you were born, and last, of the countries where you lived in the past 3 years.
